Shipping Time: 4-7 Business Days

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours. Please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Our returns and exchange policy lasts 15 days. Please contact us if you are looking to exchange an item for a different size or color. We will provide you with the shipping address, and you will be responsible for covering the cost to return your item. 

 

 

Order Cancellation
Since we aim to dispatch items as quickly as possible order cancellation requests must be sent within one hour of purchase. Please send all inquiries to absweaterinfo@gmail.com. Unfortunately, after one hour we will no longer be able to process cancellations.

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 15 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.


Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at absweaterinfo@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
AbSweater is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, AbSweater will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
